just joined today myself. I have purchase the zonestar P802 ma self-build, Its been a learning curve. I have not got it to print anything yet. I really need help big time, it seems the heating bock will not heat up at all. I had it heating but had problems with bed level, and other problems, everything sorted but still no heat. the link is the model I purchased' Access Denied '

If it's a generic Prusa i3 printer, it could be a software issue. If you aren't using it, you should be able to use the Repetier client software to run your printer. The software is usable with many printer models, but it was created with Prusa i3 models specifically in mind, and it can control all the heating settings. My own Monoprice 3D Printer is also a Prusa i3 generic, and it works perfectly with it. You'll also need the Slic3r software as well to work out the layers to print.

Today I also got familiar with 3D printers from one of our friends/customers. That's so interesting field and I'm just learning and studying about 3D printers.

It's certainly a great new field of technology. I think we all are still learning about 3D printing.
